Return / Refund Policy

By using this site the user has unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions of use as given hereunder and/or elsewhere in the site.

  1. The user may carefully read all the information on products and services as provided in relevant sections and in FAQs
  2. The products/services provided on this site are without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied and The Morning Blossom disclaims all or any of them fully. The Morning Blossom does not warrant that the products/services offered will be error-free, or that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are or will be free of viruses or other harmful components. Any warranties or After Sale Services if any offered by the Manufacturers/Vendors on any product shall be serviced directly by such Manufacturer/Vendor and The Morning Blossom shall not be under any obligation to ensure compliance or handle complaints.
  3. The product specifications (weight, size, color etc.) mentioned with the product photos are only approximate. Most products here are handmade or natural items. There may, hence, be a variation in the pictures and the respective products. The Morning Blossom, at its absolute discretion, may deliver a similar / alternate product for reasons or exigencies beyond its control
  4. Any cancellations to the order shall be made before 48 hours of the actual time of delivery to claim refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made once the 48hr delivery window starts. In case of Courier Products cancellation is not possible if the product is dispatched and Personalised Products once placed can not be cancelled.
  5. Cancellation of order shall be made with mail with Subject: ” Cancellation Request” and sent to customerservice@themorningblossom.com

    • Refund Account Details:
  7. Cancellation shall be initiated after formal order cancellation request is received at customerservice@themorningblossom.com
  8. Refund shall be made under following conditions:
    • Order was cancelled before 48hrs of the delivery scheduled.
    • Order was not delivered to the recipient. (This does not include the case for unfounded recipient)
    • If there is any complain regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund, or the product will be replaced.
  9. A refund can only be requested in case of service failure. Customer is liable to share the pictures and any other proofs of the faulty product asked by our team, and our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by customer, we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer.
  10. In case of Cancellation, 5% charge will be applicable.
  11. Any discounted or exempted amount cannot be claimed for refund.
  12. Any extra amount credited to The Morning Blossom’s account may be considered for order enhancement but will not be refundable.
  13. In all matters concerning Cancellation and refund The Morning Blossom shall have the deciding hand.
  14. The Morning Blossom may amend its Cancellation And Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way, we use your personal information we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website.
  15. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), you will be refunded only in your The Morning Blossom wallet as points, refund can be full or partial depending on the situation. You will get a refund if and only if the order is cancelled after its delivery and cash is received against it by us.
  16. For Flowers or other items that are perishable in nature, the delivery would be attempted only once. If the delivery is not executed during that attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items

  18. Plants with or without planter:
    • The specifications about the plants are approximate and the actual product may vary when delivered
    • The client has an option of opening the product in front of the delivery executive.
    • On opening the product in front of the delivery agent during delivery, if the planter is faulty, client can opt for the replacement for no extra delivery cost
    • In case, the client opens the plant after the delivery is accepted, any damage or inconsistency or any distortion of the plant or the planter will not be eligible for a refund or replacement

The user of The Morning Blossom is presumed to have read all the terms and conditions herein and FAQ and is deemed to have agreed, understood and accepted unconditionally all the terms, conditions, procedures and risks of using the services and cannot at any time claim ignorance of any or all of them. In event of any disputes between the parties in connection with any provision, both the parties hereto, shall endeavour to settle dispute amicably. In event Parties fail to settle within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to sole Arbitrator, governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. All the disputes will subject to the Judiciary of Mumbai, Maharashtra
