What is My Account?

You need to register with proper valid address and names so that we deliver the flower to your address.

What if I forgot my password?

You can reset the password using forgot password option.

What if I do not remember my login ID and password.

You are supposed to remember your login ID and password so that your history and order details are always available for your next orders. In case you forget,  you can reset using forgot password options.

What is my Cart?

My cart is option to save your chosen flowers so that you can navigate through our platform and finally chose to buy with your list of flowers being saved safely in the cart.

Can I remove products in my Cart?

Yes, select delete options.

Where to see my previous orders?

You can view your previous orders in “History” tab

2.      How to place an order?

What are the modes of placing an order with TMB?

Orders can be placed through Netbanking or UPI options.

What information is required from my end to submit the order?

Address, name and Bank details to be added

3. Delivery information

Is there any particular time of delivery?

Yes, all the orders placed before 6 pm will be delivered before 11 am on next working day.

Can I choose my time of delivery?

No. as of now we are giving single slot delivery only.

Are there any shipping charges?

Yes , Charges of Rs 20 for all orders below 100 Rs.

Free deliver for flowers above 100Rs.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

We will send confirmation message once successful order acceptance.

4. Return and Refund Policy

What are the Return Policy?

You can cancel the orders before 6 pm.

Money will be refunded to the wallet after any orders is cancelled after delivery time closure. Customers can choose to use the wallet money for next purchase or can get the money transferred to there account.

How do I return a defective or damaged product for a new replacement?

Write back to us in feedback section and we will verify and arrange for refund.

What are the cases where a refund will not be made?

Refund will not be made if product is not received by customer due to incorrect address or non-availability of customer in the given address.

When will the refunded amount be credited back to my account?

Refunded amount will be credited within 7 working days.

 

Can I place order for any functions or parties or pooja.

Yes , you can contact us with your requirements through “Bulk order request” tab and our customer care team will connect with you to understand the requirements and confirm the price. 50% advance payment is mandatory and balance payment can be given during delivery. Order can be placed before 72 hours of the delivery.

 

Can bulk order placed be cancelled.

Yes bulk order placed can be cancelled by contacting our customer care team. It can be cancelled before 24 hours of order taken for processing from either party.

How can I contact your call Centre
